Like many motorcycle enthusiasts, I am driven by the desire for an open road, with the wind rushing past as I enjoy the curves ahead. I appreciate the camaraderie of riding with a group, but I wanted our rides to have a meaningful purpose. Two and a half years ago, I began planning an event with this goal in mind. Despite facing setbacks along the way, I was able to launch the toy run with the support of Andy Mackie and Vino Orewa.
I am the Head Chef at Vino Orewa, and it is inspiring to work with individuals like Andy Mackie and his partner.

Owner of Vino Orewa, When I’m not focusing on our businesses, you’ll find me enjoying life’s simple pleasures with my amazing partner of six years and our boisterous (but irresistibly cute) fur-baby, Prince Louis. Together, we run our businesses side by side, balancing hustle with heart.
As a proud Coastie, Orewa resident, and local business owner, I know what makes our community thrive. I roll up my sleeves and support our schools, charities, events, hospice and grassroots projects because community's flourish  when we invest in each other.

At Vino Orewa, we bring the sun-drenched flavours of Italy, Turkey, and Greece to your table. Every dish—from our authentic Greak pizzas and handmade pastas to slow-cooked moussaka and refreshing seafood marinara—a tribute to authentic mediterranean tradition.
Sip, Savor, Relax
Our locally hand painted Santorini mural is absolutely enchanting. The vibrant blues and whites of the island’s iconic scenery brings a slice of Greek paradise to Orewa, coupled with beautiful mediterranean background music what an amazing way to celebrate with Vino!

Enhance your meal with a glass from our handpicked selection of imported and local wines, all enjoyed in our intimate, music-filled ambiance—perfect for long lunches, family dinners, or romantic evenings.
